Halloween Idea #416 for Oak Park, Il “fun”

I found another cool thing for Halloween parties this is a Blood Orange cocktail great for ADULT parties (I had to put that disclaimer in there) drinks a plenty bitches! This is a great way to disguise the adult drinks from the kids you might have at your Halloween party and just strange enough to deterring that one punk ass kid from sneaking around trying get a sip.

I also found another list (on Imgur IKR?) of great horror films so if you are throwing a party on Halloween or just staying in, this list is great for entertainment ideas for that night. Most of these movies you should already know but a refresh is always good especially if you are trying to put a party and the entertainment together at the last minute.

To create that fog effect as simply as possible I found directions online through a company in the area that creates dry ice, just not that it is very crazy ass to handle, upon that you must store it properly because dry ice is just carbon dioxide gas frozen. Therefore, if you like to live and breathe storage of the product must be taken seriously if I do go through the dry ice/fog idea I will probably store it on the back porch of the apartment.

Happy New Year’s Eve from the Oak park, Il blog!

Just want to give you a Happy New Year’s really quick did you know that it was actually Julius Caesar who established made New Year occur on January 1st? There are of course other countries that celebrate the holiday but they all celebrate it in different ways. These are some links that show you the many different ways New year’s is celebrated:

I think this information is great if you think about traveling to another country around New year’s and want to know how other countries celebrate the holiday and so that you do not look like an “ugly American” ! You could probably also take some of the ways other cultures celebrate the holiday and integrate it into your holiday celebrations or even your Holiday party.

Figuring out New Year’s Eve In Oak Park, IL

So I decided ahead of time to formulate a plan of what I can do around here in regards to getting my party on in Oak Park, Il and I googled “new year’s eve around Oak park, Il” and I saw immediately oakpark.com’s calendar of events. I thought to myself Yes! This is a ray of hope so I clicked on the link to look at the events listed for the 31st and.. wtf? German class? Are you fucking serious?

Here is the link look at this shit:

http://www.oakpark.com/Calendar/Events/?Page=1&Date=12-31-2016

This shit is anti-viagra in Oak Park, Il the only thing close is a “The Gents New Year’s Eve Black Tie Event” in Berwyn, IL, this village is the lamest shit on the face of the planet. All the stuff, the parties, the concerts, it seems are happening in downtown Chicago, and you know how Wild Wild West it gets on New Year’s eve in Chicago!

Here is an article regarding the events in Chicago on New Year’s Eve https://www.timeout.com/chicago/new-years-eve

So you bet your ass I am going downtown to party and leave this boring shithole Oak Park, Il in the dust at least for the night. Because I really don’t feel like decorating, buying food, alcohol and all that other shit being a party thrower on New Year’s entails. Ugh Happy New year’s Eve my ass.

To wreck Christmas parties from Oak Park, Il and beyond

I found some stuff that will help bring cheer or freak out the residents of Oak Park. Il during the Christmas season like the legend of Krampus to the original A Christmas Carol movie, I plan to add this to the free E-books on the season and making Holiday crafts that I found online I am going to add it all together to make everyone at the holiday party crazy.

Because all they want to do is talk and shit and sit around with kids running around up your ass, plus they don’t want to have strong drinks like tequila “because of the kids” but tell you that while holding a glass of wine. (((SIGH)))

This little bit of information will freak the kids screwing up their minds forever:

Santa’s Horned Helper: The Fearsome Legend of Krampus, Christmas Punisher http://www.ancient-origins.net/myths-legends/santa-s-horned-helper-fearsome-legend-krampus-christmas-punisher-004799

OR you can do the video thing from YouTube for those kids with ADHD:

The Life and Times of Krampus by Andreas Ziebart which explains the whole legend https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GlSa922DgNY

This is the link to a Christmas classic movie of the Charles Dickens novel called “A Christmas Carol” but add this with the Krampus stuff, and you will have the kids paranoid for next year! Nothing like putting a little terror in their hearts.

Crime on the Blue Line is a Headache for travel in Oak Park, IL especially with the World Series on the way!

Just as you thought it was alright to ride the blue line CTA trains again from Oak Park, IL to downtown Chicago, now another crime spree:

https://www.dnainfo.com/chicago/20161015/garfield-park/blue-line-train-thieves-beat-victims-before-robbing-them-police-say

I know first thing you will say is that “hey that’s Chicago not Oak Park, IL but considering that the Blue line runs through Oak Park, IL at least three times you should be worried about such a criminal element coming to Oak Park, IL. If they have access to the blue line it would be foolish to believe that they would stay upon that train within the Chicago metro area waiting to be caught. Although I am saying “they: and “them” we are dealing with criminals obviously that are very violent you will beat the shit out of you while robbing you.

The imaginary boundary that exists in Oak Park, Il will not protect it or its residents like this from crime spreading here nor will safeguard residents going into the city. We cannot just look the other way we have to be diligent when going into the city and around the areas near the blue line stops here in Oak Park, Il. I say that because criminals usually try to stay very close to their avenues of transport or escape so if they migrate to Oak Park, Il for a change of venue then all the delusional hippies might get knocked in the head for their money or some idiot kids walking while paying attention to their phones could get those items stolen easily.

When one thinks of this type of possibility you can easily get nervous or even overreact but again all that is needed is to be alert and realize that you are in the real world even though you are in Oak Park, IL. Don’t fool yourself and keep alert this may f up your drinking plans for the World series but it is better safe than sorry.
