Whiny asses on lock down in Oak Park, Il because of Coronavirus

What kills me about the shelter in place in Oak Park, IL is the whiny bitch shit from its residents. Like seriously I would not go on television and complain that (if I had them) my kids cannot go outside and play due to the Oak Park, IL order. I mean why do you just call some of the victim’s families of this virus and whine like that. Geez, you and your kids are still healthy dumbass!

And then the whole “well we did it why isn’t everyone else?” Because not everyone else in this state has a culture of packing people in small places without basically no social distancing like Oak Park, IL does. And if there is a large space then the idiots that live here make it their duty to eliminate that safe space and breath all in your face.  Such is the reason so many residents of this small burb have the virus, an ignorance of personal space and yes, fucking hygiene! I cannot tell you how many times I would shop at Pete’s and while shopping I am run down upon by some stinky ass resident who hasn’t showered because they were running or just because they are nasty.

To hear people, complain about a stay at home order which is not as bad as it seems, just pisses me off (can you tell?). It is not being jailed at home idiots! Besides when is the last time you have seen residents in Oak Park, Il just chill right outside their house? Never. It is almost as bad as the “no real estate sign” rule: no signs and no people hanging out. Freaking idiots.

Here is the clips from NBC 5 that I heard people complaining that they get to live another day:

Diversity statement in Oak Park, IL how hard is it?

Regarding the diversity statement which Oak Park, IL is trying to create, it seems ridiculous that there would be such a debate. It is funny but not surprising that Dan Moroney would have some opposition to such a statement remember he was elected in his position by people in the village who feel just like he does. So there is opposition to “stopping the hate” in Oak Park, IL it is just that Dan Moroney is the public face of that movement.

When another trustee Susan Buchanan made the point that the trustees in opposition do not have an “idea” of the oppression facing these communities she too is a voice elected by some of the people in Oak Park, IL. Meaning she too, is a part of that group dealing with the frustration of the village’s slow moving progress in dealing with diversity and the issues that come with it (positive and negative). The village always wants to kick the can down the road and that is really the issue here.

Wanting clear definitions of “systems of oppression” seems dumb as shit. But what it really is, is a way out in case something (an event) occurs in Oak Park, Il that lies in direct opposition of encouraging diversity or is defined by this list of “systems of oppression”. Meaning the opposition want a clear definition so that they can work around it. Plain and simple. These are those kids who play “tag” football and argue that a tackle is a version of “tagging” because you are touching your opponent.

With every word printed for the “systems of oppression” Oak Park, Il is talking five steps back into the past. Worse, it is developing a guideline for those who want to circumvent it and still perpetuate a system of abuse by telling them what is being looked out for. And thereby giving them (the opposition) a way to work around it.

New village website for Oak Park, IL

The village launched a new website last month and like everyone else I really did not notice it.

www.oakparktownship.org I know its all dramatic and shit. It is supposedly user friendly and has various links to make it easy to address what concerns the average resident. The website does cover these issues and more:

  • News & Events
  • Senior Services
  • Assessor Services
  • Administrative Services
  • Prevention Services
  • Youth Services

I guess you can just go on it and give it a try. It is very weird that the village is not pushing this new website more, especially since the village is trying streamline certain things and look like it is keeping up with the times. But I will put the links below.

The article about the website:
